Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Your receipt and invoice will come from Paddle.
How licensing works
After purchase you'll receive a license key by email (format
TP-PRO-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX). In VS Code, run
Todo Pilot: Enter License Key… and paste the key. Pro features
unlock immediately. Activation is fully offline — no network call, no telemetry.
Pro covers 1 machine; Team covers up to 3. To move machines, run Todo Pilot: View Plan → Deactivate License on the old machine and re-enter the key on the new one.
Refund policy
All sales are final. No refunds are offered.
Because Todo Pilot is a digital product that is delivered immediately and runs fully offline once a license key is issued, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or pro-rated reimbursements. Please use the 7-day Pro trial built into the extension before purchasing.
If your license key fails to activate due to a defect on our side, contact us at sgreen.za@gmail.com and we will reissue a working key.

1. Who we are
Todo Pilot is operated by Green Specs ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using Todo Pilot you agree to these terms.
2. License grant
A purchased license grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use Todo Pilot on the number of machines specified by your plan (Pro: 1 machine; Team: up to 3 machines). License keys may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared outside the seats permitted by your plan.
3. Updates
Each purchase includes 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. After 12 months the version installed at that time will continue to work, but new versions require renewal.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to forge license keys for Todo Pilot, and not to use the extension for any unlawful purpose.
5. Disclaimer
Todo Pilot is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Green Specs is not liable for any data loss, lost productivity, or other damages arising from use of the extension.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, invoices, fraud screening, and chargebacks. Their terms also apply to the transaction.
7. Termination
We may revoke a license key in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of these terms. Lawful, ordinary use will not result in termination.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Green Specs's place of business. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.

1. What the extension collects
Todo Pilot collects nothing. The extension does not send telemetry, analytics, crash reports, or usage data. Your tasks and code never leave your machine.
2. What this website collects
This static website does not set tracking cookies and does not run analytics. Standard server access logs may be retained by our hosting provider (e.g. GitHub Pages) for security and abuse prevention.
3. What we collect at purchase
When you buy a license, our payment processor Paddle.com collects the information required to process the transaction, such as your email, billing address, and payment details. Paddle then shares with us:
- your email address (so we can deliver the license key)
- order ID and plan purchased
- country (for tax reporting)
We use this information solely to deliver and support your license. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.
4. Data retention
We retain purchase records for as long as required by law (typically up to 7 years for tax purposes). You may request deletion of any non-required data at any time by emailing us.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of, or deletion of, the personal data we hold about you by contacting sgreen.za@gmail.com.
